Rain Date November 23. The Les Mahony Tournament is CPTA's mixed doubles tournament-season opener, in memory of the club's original visionary, the late Les Mahoney, when paddle was a part of the E Ho! membership. Held in late October, the event includes 32 players who register individually, are randomly paired, then seeded 1 through 16 in order of combined skill level. The tournament includes a Championship bracket and a Best -of-the-Rest bracket. Trophies are awarded to the winners and runners-up.
